Profit Mastery was founded in 1983 by Steve LeFever with a simple conviction: most small business owners are great at their craft and lost in their numbers, and that gap is teachable.
Since then, more than 250,000 owners have been trained in the Profit Mastery system. It is used by Small Business Development Centers in every U.S. state and inside franchise systems ranging from 50 to 500-plus units.
The method has not changed because the fundamentals do not change. Cash, margin, and the levers behind them are the same truths they were forty years ago. What we have done is keep teaching them clearly, to one owner after another.
