What is a Profit Mastery Certified Facilitator?

A Certified Facilitator that wishes to teach the Profit Mastery program, may do so by using the Profit Mastery tools in direct application to the client’s business and financials; as well as facilitate the Profit Mastery University (PMU) online video program to their consultants/ counselors, staff, and/or clients in either a one-on-one session — or in a classroom setting.

Certified Facilitators, with the ability to effect a cultural change, achieve the goal of serving large businesses that can:

  • Drive greater economic impacts

  • Significantly increase referrals from banks to their SBDC/consulting firm

  • Significantly improve the overall perception of the business community about the organization that is offering the Profit Mastery curriculum on a regular basis

Profit Mastery Certified Facilitators nationwide have presented to thousands of clients using the Profit Mastery University (PMU) financial education online video curriculum. We have trained hundreds of advisors and consultants in over 45 states/regions.

As a Certified Facilitator you will be given access to tools and resources you can use to increase your client base and grow your consulting practice. The webpage for Facilitators contains promotional and marketing information, administrative guides for your live/facilitated classes, and educational materials for you to introduce clients to the Profit Mastery curriculum — and more importantly show how Profit Mastery will benefit them as they work to improve the financial performance of their businesses.

How does it work?

Deliver The Program

Once certified, you're authorized to facilitate the Profit Mastery program in classroom or virtual formats.

You may choose to offer sessions at no cost or charge for your time and expertise — 100% of any facilitation revenue you generate is yours to keep. However:

  • Every participant in your workshop must be registered for the online Profit Mastery University.

  • Registrations are valid for 12 months and are single-user only.

  • You’ll facilitate using the official PMU video content—no modified presentations or slide decks are permitted.

  • You may print participant materials yourself or have attendees download them. Optional hard-copy Participant Guides are available and recommended.

Register Your Attendees

For each participant in your program:

  • Log into your Profit Mastery account and access the Certified Facilitator Tools section.

  • Use the provided registration form to purchase online PMU access for each attendee.

  • Submit participant information via the PMU Registration spreadsheet.

  • All registrations must be paid in full prior to access being granted. Contact us for participant registration support and purchasing information.

Use Official Tools & Branding

As a PMCF, you’ll gain access to:

  • PM and PMU logos, along with official trademark usage guidelines.

  • Marketing materials to promote your training sessions, all available through your Facilitator dashboard.

  • Full administrative support to assist with session planning, client outreach, and material logistics.

Important Guidelines

  • This certification is individual and non-transferable. Additional facilitators must apply separately.
  • All program content and case studies are copyrighted and may not be modified, redistributed, or used to create derivative materials.

  • Client support includes both side-by-side coaching through the PMU curriculum and structured classroom facilitation.


What are the steps to become a Profit Mastery Certified Facilitator?

 

  1. First Step - Complete the full two-day Profit Mastery curriculum either in a live program or online as a self-study — or a combination of both…
    • Via the online program:  After each module in the online course (six modules total), there is an exam.  You will need a passing grade for each exam, and then will earn a Certificate of Completion that can be printed after successfully completing the exam. 
    • Via a live program:  After completing the full 16-hour live course, you should receive a Certificate of Completion signed by the instructor/sponsor after completing the live course. 
    Email your signed Certificate of Completion (live) or copy of your Transcript (online) to the Profit Mastery Team — for your proof of completion.
  2. Second Step - would be to purchase: 
    • A one-time Individual License, Facilitator’s Guide, and an online Profit Mastery University (PMU) Facilitator-led registration (each) for your client(s) as part of step four below.
  3. Third Step - is to complete the PMCF Training Program.
    • This is a brief course — roughly 30 minutes.  After completing the PMCF training, we recommend you go through the entire online curriculum, prior to proceeding to the next step below.
  4. Fourth Step - is to take your first client(s) (maximum of three clients) through the full two-day Profit Mastery program — as your “test run.”
    • Once completed, email the Profit Mastery Team a copy of the evaluation form filled out by your student.
    • The client will need an online PMU Facilitator-led registration for this class, as mentioned above.  The evaluation form can be found in your PMU account under “PMCF Training Program” and then “Certified Facilitator Tools”.
  5. Fifth and Final Step - is to be given the Profit Mastery Certified Facilitator Agreement and Guidelines.
    • Once you return the signed agreement, we will send you your Certified Facilitator Certificate.  You are then ready to start facilitating the Profit Mastery program.
